1. Entry Fees
- When you join a match or tournament, your entry fee is locked toward the prize pool.
- If a match is cancelled before it begins, your entry fee is refunded to your wallet.
- Once a match has started or been completed, entry fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by these terms or applicable law.
2. Disputed Matches
If a match is sent to dispute, funds are held until Gamestakers reaches a final decision based on the available evidence. Refunds or payouts are then applied according to that decision.
3. Deposits
Wallet deposits are intended for use on the platform. Deposit reversals are subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider and applicable law.
4. Withdrawals
Eligible wallet balances (including winnings) may be withdrawn through supported payout methods, subject to identity verification, processing times, and limits.
5. Processing Times
Approved refunds are returned to your Gamestakers wallet promptly. Transfers to external payment methods are subject to the provider's processing times.
