Welcome to Gamestakers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gamestakers platform ("Gamestakers", "we", "us"). By creating an account or entering any match or tournament, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
Gamestakers is a skill-based competitive gaming platform. Match and tournament outcomes are determined solely by participants' gaming skill and verified results, not by chance. Gamestakers is not a gambling, betting, or games-of-chance operator. Gamestakers acts as a host and facilitator of skill-based competitions.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Gamestakers.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Multiple or shared accounts may be suspended.
- You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in your location.
3. Entry Fees, Prize Pools & Platform Fee
- Each match or tournament has a fixed entry fee, shown before you join.
- Entry fees from participants form the prize pool for that competition.
- Gamestakers retains a platform fee (a percentage of the pool) to operate the service; the fee is disclosed before you commit.
- The remaining prize is awarded to the winner(s) based on verified results.
4. Results, Disputes & Fair Play
- Results are confirmed by submitted proof, player confirmation, and/or review by Gamestakers.
- If participants disagree, a match may be sent to dispute. Gamestakers reviews available evidence and makes a final decision to maintain fairness.
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, account sharing, match-fixing, or any unfair advantage results in disqualification and may lead to a permanent ban and forfeiture of funds in line with these Terms.
5. Payouts & Withdrawals
Winnings are credited to your in-platform wallet and may be withdrawn through the supported payout methods, subject to verification (KYC) and applicable processing times and limits.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
To protect the community and comply with applicable requirements, Gamestakers may require identity verification before certain deposits or withdrawals.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If a match is cancelled, entry fees are returned to participants' wallets. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
8. Platform Liability
Gamestakers provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamestakers is not liable for losses arising from network issues, third-party payment processors, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Gamestakers may modify schedules, formats, prize structures, or rules where necessary to protect the integrity of a competition.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
